There is nothing more difficult for me than leaving my warm and cosy bed, especially if I do not have anything pressing to do in the morning. However, if I do not start my day early and have a healthy breakfast without having to rush, I end up feeling unproductive or just plain unmotivated.
Nothing ever goes away until it teaches us what we need to now.
I want to share with you a few pictures. I visited a friend who lives in a city called Turrialba. She took me to a nearby coffee plantation for a hike.
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.
I hope my experience helps you identify situations that might upset you, and also recognize that you have what it takes to overcome them. It is OK to get upset and feel depressed, but you can empower yourself and move on.
Hardship requires us to find the right approach, which is why we must remain flexible.
